I empower women to find peace with food, learn to trust their body, and make sustainable changes so you can be your healthiest best self.
When you change your relationship with food you can change your body!
Welcome to the site, my name is
Joy Lynn and I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
As a Registered Dietitian I love working my clients and seeing their lives change. I use a holistic or whole body approach which includes evidenced-based mindful and intuitive eating approaches, individualized nutritional education, joyful movement, and emotional behavior modifications. Working in a partnership with my clients They are able find balance, take back charge of their body and have the tools to become their healthiest and best self.
Using my approach I help clients remove the power that food has over them. This allows my clients to make healthier food choices, decrease food cravings, relieve stress, increase energy, gain confidence, lose weight, and reduce the risk of chronic disease. Clients also find that they have reduced symptoms from existing disease and health conditions and improve their quality of life.
I have a couple of questions that I'd like you to ask yourself.
Have you tried every diet, lost weight, then regained the weight back plus some?
Do you find that food consumes your time?
Are you always counting, weighing or thinking about food?
Do you have food rules?
Are you ready to take charge rather than letting the scale make or break your day?
Are you tired of being tired? Feeling like you have no energy?
Are you ready to ditch the diet mentality?
Do you feel overwhelmed by emotional eating…like you lose control?
Have you been diagnosed with PCOS and want to learn how a holistic approach can help you?
Do you want to learn how to decrease the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause?
Do you suffer from IBS and other gut issues and want relief from symptoms?
Do chronic disease and other health issues affect your quality of life?
Are you ready to learn how to eat intuitively and mindfully so that you have a healthy relationship with food and your body?
If you answer "YES" to any of these questions, I can help!
