Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Program®

The Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Program was developed by Dr. Michelle Mays 20 years ago and emphasizes understanding the “why” of the choices we make when we eat. 

This is an eight-week deep dive program where we will discuss the following concepts:

  • Why do we eat?
  • When do I want to eat?
  • What do I want to eat?
  • How do I eat?
  • How much do I want to eat?
  • Where will the energy from the food I eat go?
9 out of 10 adults adults have been on at least one diet during their adult years with most being on multiple diets.  97% of people feel that they have failed on a diet.  If diets worked we wouldn’t have to try so many. 
 
As we work on changing foundational behavior issues we take back charge of listening to our bodies needs.  It’s not until my clients are able to identify the “why” and address the barriers that they face will change happen.
 
Class includes eight, 60-minute live Zoom sessions, book and workbook.  Individual coaching is not included in this class.  Investment $350.00.  Class starts January 12, 2022 7:00 pm MST.  Early bird and Black Friday specials will be available through Facebook.
